Community Book Group: The Girl With The Louding Voice by Abi Dare
The Girl with the Louding Voice - Set In Nigeria it is a story about a young girl and her social status within a village who is expected to fade into silence as a third wife. It is about how she does not keep quiet, does not settle for her fate but manages to get an education and travel away from her village despite adversity.
All welcome, whether or you have read the book. £1 per person towards the running costs of the library.
