The third Annual General Meeting will take place at the Library at 6.30pm for 7pm on Friday 9th November and we would be delighted to see as many of possible of you there. The agenda will be published on this page shortly. 

We currently have vacancies for trustees. If  you are a member of our charitable association (you are if you receive our monthly newsletter) and you are interested in joining us as a trustee please contact Sue Barnes in the first instance via info@rothleycommunitylibrary.co.uk for more information about roles and responsibilities before Friday 2nd November. If you then decide you would like to join us you would then need to complete a nomination form (see link below) and submit it by 9am Friday 9th November.

Second Annual General Meeting

Our second Annual General Meeting took place at the library on Friday November 3rd and was attended by 18 members.

Three trustees were re-elected unopposed - Steve Mitchell, Maxine Linnell and Sandra Webster. In addition we welcomed Carol Timson as a new trustee. Many of you will know Carol as she is regularly to be seen working in the library. We still have 2 additional vacancies and  invite any members who might be interested to contact us at info@rothleycommunitylibrary.co.uk for further information about the role and responsibilities.  If you don't have time yourself, perhaps you know someone else who might be interested.
